Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 medium (cut into florets)
- Tomatoes – 2 (chopped)
- Onion – 1 (chopped)
- Green chilli – 1 (slit)
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Salt – as required
- Water – ½ cup
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – for garnish
Preparation
- Boil cauliflower florets in salted hot water for 3–4 mins. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and green chilli, saute until golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell disappears.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft and mushy.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add cauliflower florets and ½ cup water. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
